What is the turn-around time for repair/service?

At BSER, we try our best to have a reasonable turn-around time so you can have your equipment ready for use. Because we strive to provide the best prices and quality, longer wait times may occur as some repairs are not cost effective and take longer to complete. Most items in for repair/service are usually ready in a few days, plus any time waiting for parts we don't stock. If you need expedited repair/service please notify us of this when contacting and we will try our best to figure something out!


What do you NOT service/repair?

We DO NOT service or repair electric motors. We do NOT rebuild or repair hydralic pumps, hydralic motors, hydralic cylinders, but do service fluids. If you have electric power equipment we DO service wear-items & sharpen blades. We DO NOT service or repair any boats, wave runners, jetskis, or snowmobile engines at this time due to space/equipment constraints.


How much will it cost to service or repair my machine?

All of the pricing information you may need is listed on the "Pricing" page of our website. If you need more help, feel free to contact us. Pricing may vary and is subject to change.


Can I wait at your shop while you service/repair my machine?

We currently DO NOT allow customers to wait while we perform service/repair.


Im dropping off my machine, can you help load and unload?

We DO NOT drive/ride/control any machines on or off cutomer trucks/trailers for liability reasons. We DO help load/unload small equipment i.e. push mowers, generators, pressure washers, etc. Please confirm with us in advance if you may need help BEFORE showing up unprepared. Thank you!


What payment methods do you accept? And when do I pay?

We currently accept credit/debit tap-to-pay or chip (with 3% credit surcharge), cash, check (up to $300), Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay. If you are unable to pay via these methods, please contact us beforehand and we can work something out.


Payment is due AT or BEFORE time of pickup by customer, or dropoff to customer. There are NO exceptions.


Can I return parts I purchased from you?

Returns are accepted for NEW & UNOPENED products of which are not discontinued. Any discontinued, open box, or used parts are not returnable. For more information contact us today.


What happens if you find another issue with my equipment?

While servicing/repairing, if a new/unrelated issue is found we will always notify you before proceeding with any extra work.


What happens if I don't pickup my equipment from your shop?

You have 10 days after being notified that your item is ready for pickup before a storage fee will incur. This fee is $10 per day to promote a timley pickup. We try our best to reach you, but are unable to spend time chasing people down.


If we do not recieve a response within 30 days after notifying that your machine is ready, it may be sold/scrapped to reclaim the lost profit.
